These terms apply to use of junxionlab.shop and purchases from Junxionlab. Please review them together with our Shipping, Return & Refund, and Privacy policies.
The store
The store is operated by Junxionlab, 9 Rue Roland Champenier, 58400 La Charité-Sur-Loire, France. Customer service is available at [email protected]. Our storefront is in English and prices are shown in U.S. dollars.
Products, descriptions, and fit
Review the material composition, construction, dimensions, care information, and selected options on the product page before purchase. Laptop screen size is a guide only; compare the actual dimensions of your device with the listed maximum device dimensions. Colors may appear differently on different displays. Product photographs and descriptions do not establish performance certifications or protection guarantees that are not expressly stated.
Prices and checkout totals
Product prices are displayed in USD. The checkout summary sets out item prices, quantities, shipping, tax, and the total for your review. Standard shipping to supported U.S. addresses is free. Tax is displayed as $0.00 under our stated checkout pricing; this does not represent a claim that products are legally tax-exempt. A change to a listed price applies to the displayed offer rather than rewriting an accepted order.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment request, you authorize payment of the total displayed through the payment method offered at checkout. Submit payment information only through the designated payment interface and do not send card details by email or support message. A payment request is subject to the actual processing outcome; do not assume that a charge has been completed without a valid payment result.
Orders and acceptance
Review your selected product, size, quantity, and contact and address details before submitting an order request. An order request is subject to acceptance by Junxionlab. Submitting an order or payment request does not establish that payment has completed. Please contact us if you need to clarify the status of your request. These terms do not remove your applicable consumer rights.
Delivery
We deliver to street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Estimated handling is 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–4 business days in transit. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days and is not a delivery guarantee. The cutoff is fixed 07:00 PM GMT−06:00 throughout the year. See our Shipping Policy for working-day and cutoff rules.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact support with your order number and reason for authorization before returning to our company address in France. We pay return shipping for our error, damage, defects, or an incorrect item; customers pay for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Support, cancellations, and exchanges
For questions, cancellation requests, or exchange enquiries, email [email protected]. We will consider what can be arranged based on the order’s actual status and applicable rights. No fixed cancellation window or automatic exchange promise is introduced by these terms.
Website content and permitted use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its forms. The Junxionlab name, original designs, photographs, text, and other website content are provided for browsing and shopping; their publication does not grant permission to reproduce them for an unrelated commercial purpose.
